KISS’s arrival in Brazil in the early ’80s was nothing short of revolutionary! Performing at the iconic Maracanã Stadium on June 18, 1983, they played the first international act show ever held at this historic venue, drawing an estimated crowd of over 130,000 fans—one of the largest in the band’s history. While the sound quality isn’t perfect due to the limitations of local Brazilian sound engineering and broadcast equipment at the time, it remains a decent soundboard recording that captures the raw power and spectacle of KISS onstage.
