Contact Center Agent - Nordic Customer Service Center
We are looking for Contact Center Agents to join our contact service team in Sandvika. You'll be part of a team with specialized expertise in areas such as ID Protection, travel, and other services that support our customers' needs. As our Contact Center Agent, you are positive and service-minded, and enjoy working within customer service in an open and dynamic office environment. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to service development and process optimization.
Our Contact Center delivers high-quality services to end users across the Nordics. We provide support 24/7, ensuring that every customer receives the right help at the right time.

We're Looking for Someone Who
Is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Has experience in customer service, using phone, email, and chat as primary tools
Is independent, efficient, reliable, and maintains a high level of service
Speaks and writes fluently Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, and has good English skills
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
First-line and/or second-line support for our products and services
Providing guidance and advice on services
Case handling related to our security services and lifestyle inquiries
