We're looking for an experienced IT Technical Manager to lead IT projects, manage a global team, and ensure our systems and infrastructure support business goals. You will oversee project delivery, cloud strategy, software architecture, and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business needs

• Lead and mentor an international IT team

• Manage full lifecycle of IT and software projects

• System and Infrastructure Management: Ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Security and Compliance: Implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization's data and systems

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Acting as a final escalation point for complex technical issues and providing guidance to the support team to ensure the timely resolution of problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

• 10+ years’ experience (5+ in project management)

• Experience leading software development projects

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proficient in cloud platforms (Azure) and SDLC methodologies
