We have several roles that we are looking to fill this year, and we are looking for a dynamic Tender Manager as week as Tender Engineers in different capacities to join our growing team and lead the development of competitive, innovative, and high-impact tender proposals for secure power systems.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with technical expertise in a role that spans across multiple countries and business units.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Tender Strategy & Execution: Define and implement tailored tender strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals.

• Technical Solutioning: Prepare technical solutions and pricing for customer projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement to develop compelling and compliant proposals.

• Customer Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships throughout the tendering process, including clarifying requirements and negotiating terms.

• Risk & Commercial Management: Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and technical risks.

• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and templates.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Cooling preferred), Business, or a related field.

• Experience in tendering, bid management, or commercial project roles.

• Strong understanding of secure power systems and procurement processes.

• Effective communicator in Norwegian and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and tendering platforms.

• Experience in matrix organizations and coordinating across business units is a plus.
