For the passionate recreational rider, we currently have an amazing horse available through our sales mediation! Faemme was born with us 14 years ago and, due to circumstances of her current owner, is now looking for a new place.
She is a stunning bay Kentucky Mountain Horse mare with plenty of forward drive and a great willingness to work. She loves going on adventures, is not easily spooked, and is happiest with someone who actively wants to do things with her. Someone with ambitions in TREC or endurance riding would be a great match for her.
Despite her age, she hasn’t been heavily worked yet, so she still needs some experience in certain areas. However, she’s currently in training with us and is showing that she’s more than ready—she approaches new challenges with enthusiasm.
In terms of gaits, Faemme shows a good walk, trot, and canter. At the moment, we’re also training her tölt, for which she shows a lot of potential. We still need to measure her exactly, but we expect her height to be around 1.55m. She’s on the taller side and has an athletic build. The rider in the photos (Elmira Martens) is approximately 1.80m tall, for reference. Be sure to check out the video of her to get a better idea of her training progress.
