Looking for an exciting opportunity in Marine & Offshore Logistics?

We are a small and dynamic company providing logistics solutions to vessels and projects worldwide. From our main site in Laksevåg, Bergen (approx. 600 m²), we handle a wide range of global logistics operations, and we are now looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

The Role

As Logistics Supervisor, you will take the lead in both inbound and outbound freight, while managing our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Packing and preparing cargo for export (including dangerous goods)

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and maintenance

• Managing purchases of required material

• Booking cargo and coordinating shipments (inbound/outbound)

• Updating and maintaining our systems and documentation

• Acting as a key contact point for suppliers and clients

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on managing the full warehouse and logistics process, while also enjoying close client and supplier interaction, transport bookings and taking full responsibility for their tasks.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse management (preferably within marine/offshore sectors)

• Knowledge and experience with ADR/IMDG dangerous goods – particularly lithium batteries

• IATA DGR certification is a strong advantage

• Airfreight experience is a strong advantage

• T4 forklift certificate

• Strong IT skills and experience with logistics systems

• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (both written and spoken)

• Structured, organised, and comfortable working in a high-paced environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
