R&D Test Technician

Interwell is seeking a Test Technician to join our R&D Test Center. In this role, you will plan and perform pressure, temperature, and mechanical tests to validate and improve downhole technology. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to development projects, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform non-routine tests.

• Participate actively in development projects.

• Investigate and test non-conforming tools.

• Maintain and improve test equipment and facilities.

• Provide constructive feedback to project leaders.

• Carry out general workshop duties.

• Conduct safe job analyses for test-related activities.

• Prepare procedures and perform risk analyses related to testing.

• Comply with all relevant health & safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Participate in training and commit to maintain relevant knowledge and skills

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the mechanical industry or with trade certificates.

• Solution oriented mindset with focus on being driven and effective.

• Fluent English – oral and written.
