We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our Retail & Wholesale division – one of EG A/S’s largest business units. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of business-critical deliveries, influence customer outcomes, and contribute to EG’s continued success. The position is based in Oslo, Norway.
Lead, deliver, and make an impact
As one of the largest business units within EG A/S, Retail & Wholesale deliver business critical solutions to 80 of the largest retail and wholesale chains in the Nordics with more than 10,000 stores in +20 countries globally within specialist trade, fashion, grocery, convenience and building supply.
As Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for our largest Retail & Wholesale customers. You will be the primary driving force in ensuring successful deliveries, creating business value, and expanding long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will work closely with both customers and specialists across the organization, and you will have significant influence on both strategy and execution. Depending on your profile and ambitions, the role can also develop into a formal leadership position for a team, where you will set direction, coach, and develop colleagues.
Your workdays will be diverse and may include everything from customer meetings, strategic planning, follow-up on deliveries, and leading teams. The role demands a strong commercial mindset, solid operational management skills, and the ability to drive complex deliveries for enterprise customers across the Nordics.
Your key responsibilities include:
Ensuring and optimizing deliveries with a focus on quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Identifying new opportunities with existing customers and strengthening EG's footprint.
Developing innovative delivery models that create value for the customer.
Reducing risks while increasing revenue and margins.
Leading, motivating, and developing teams across countries and cultures.
Who are you?
You are an experienced profile who thrives on taking ownership of high-stakes deliveries and driving results in close collaboration with both customers and colleagues. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and excel in direct customer dialogue—especially with enterprise customers.
We imagine you bring:
Solid experience in Service Delivery Management, including a strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Proven expertise in managing IT contracts, ideally within ERP or SaaS-based solutions.
Fluency in English, with Norwegian or another Nordic language considered a clear advantage.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build trust and alignment across teams and with customers.
A data-driven and execution-oriented mindset, with a clear ability to prioritise, act, and deliver in a target-driven environment.
The ability to create structure, manage risks, and deliver measurable value in complex enterprise environments.
The ability to handle complexity and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders – including enterprise customers, delivery teams, and internal functions.
A natural leadership style that fosters clarity, accountability, and energy, and inspires others to follow your lead.
