Academy Lead

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Academy Lead to design and deliver impactful training programs that inspire growth and development across our organization. Your workplace can be in Norway or Denmark.

About the role

You will be responsible for turning our strategy into practical learning programs that align with our business goals and fostering a culture of learning that empowers employees at all levels to grow, innovate, and take the lead. You will report to the Group Head of People & Culture. You will work closely with our Learning & Development Lead as well as all regional People & Culture teams and regional managers.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital learning platforms (manage users, course modules, and data).

• Design and develop internal training content tailored to various teams and roles.

• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives.

• Select appropriate learning formats (e-learning, workshops, blended learning, etc.).

• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences.

• Ensure continuous development and improvement of Nordomatic Academy.

Qualifications

We believe you bring: 

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field, ideally within a large or complex organization.

• Expertise in building learning that is practical, engaging and directly connected to people and business needs.

• Experience with digital learning tools, platforms, and data analytics.

• At the forefront with new technologies and methods within learning.

• An operational mindset with the ability to execute.

• Willingness to travel to the extent required within our markets.

• Fluency in English.
