Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Db at every step of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer support across email, chat, and phone channels.
Provide accurate and timely information using the appropriate systems and tools.
Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering effective solutions and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
Manage and process warranty claims in line with company policies.
Collect and report recurring issues, offering insights to improve the customer journey and product experience.
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, product, and eCommerce) to resolve customer-related challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or consumer products.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support software, and eCommerce platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
