In this crucial role within our Operations Team in Oslo you will as Senior Project Manager collaborate closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, sub-vendors and partners in execution of EPC projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a collaborative spirit.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the project to meet or exceed company goals

• Organize, lead, and motivate the project team

• Perform resource planning, cost estimation and budgeting

• Analyze and manage project risks, change control and reporting

• Stakeholder management and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering

• Extensive experience as Project Manager with minimum 10 years

• Experience as Project Manager successfully with multi-discipline projects

• Experience from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts, preferably from onshore industry

• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

• Strong track record in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with long-term business objectives

• Advanced skills in influencing decision-makers across complex organizational structures

• Ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support

• Good communication skills both written and verbal (Norwegian and English)
