Proud Mary is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team!

The Role:

As our Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Food Preparation:

• Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, with attention to

detail and consistent quality.

• Kitchen Management:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing inventory.

• Customer Focus:

• Working with the front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining

experience for our guests.

What we are looking for:

● Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in a pub or similar casual dining setting.

● Ability to work well under pressure, particularly during peak hours.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● A passion for food and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
