Electrical Supervisor - Temporary Assignment in Kristiansand

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our customer's team in Kristiansand. This is a temporary position with immediate start and duration until december, with strong potential for extension or permanent employment.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the electrical systems and instrumentation. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with relevant standards in a dynamic production environment. You will be part of a diverse and dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site

• Maintain and operate electrical installations and instrumentation

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Follow up on development projects, documentation, and technical specifications

• Manage contractors and collaborate across disciplines

• Support commissioning activities

Qualifications:

• Electrical Certificate (Elektriker Gr. L)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Proven leadership experience

• Background from industrial environments

• Experience in commissioning is required

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications

• Familiarity with Norwegian standards

• Technical education (college, engineer, or equivalent). Experience may compensate for formal education.

• Driver's license class B

• Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
