Help shape some of the most complex projects in the world with Safran
The Situation:
The Safran Support Team are a group of highly experienced project planners with decades of experience between them. Our business is growing, as well as our customer base around the globe, and we are looking to expand this team.
In the organization, the Support Team members are in contact with our customers, partners, sales team, opearations, QA engineers and developers. This means you will be a part of a central group of the company. It also ensures that the work-day is varied with many different tasks.
What You'll be Doing:
Support our global customer base on our entire portfolio of products; Safran Risk, Safran Project and Safran Risk Manager to name a few.
Manage tickets created in our support system: Freshdesk.
Create and document work items in our development system: DevOps.
Testing and verification of User Stories and Test Cases.
Managing customer data and licensing information.
Aid our sales team.
Be part of our course instructor team.
Administrator for our hosted customers.
Who You Are:
We know the perfect candidate doesn’t always tick every box. If you have the right mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn, we’d like to hear from you.
We think you have at least some of these skills:
Strong analytical- and logical skills.
Experience with databases, SQL and/or Azure.
Some familiarity with API configurations.
Interest in risk analysis or Monte Carlo simulations.
Enjoys problem-solving and investigation.
Bachelor in IT/IS or similar.
Experience from Primavera or Safran products.
And we believe that you:
Have a good understanding of technology and how systems work.
Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Enjoy working with others and contributing to a strong team culture.
