Subject Matter Expert

We are looking for a proactive and analytical team player to take ownership of our end-to-end process initiatives across multiple functions.

About the role:

• Lead cross functional process initiatives from design to implementation.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on specialized topics across multiple buiness functions and countries.
• Develop, review, and enhance existing processes for greater
  efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis to enable informed business
  decisions.
• Take ownership of process and training documentation,
  ensuring it is always accurate and up to date.
• Perform testing, validate outcomes, and report regularly on
  project status.
• Monitor process performance to ensure high efficiency and
  quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration by sharing insights and
  promoting standardized best practices.
• Proactively address emerging challenges through ad hoc
  problem-solving.
• Contribute to key projects and drive continuous improvement
  and alignment across business segments.

What we're looking for:

Skills & experience:

• In depth knowing of the accounting and finance processes
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Experience in streamlining operations across multiple legal
  entities.
• Solid project management capabilities and ability to work on
  cross-functional initiatives.
