Cost Controller M/F - civil engineering - Sweden

Eiffage Génie Civil operates across all civil engineering specialties.
Our teams work from design through to construction, as well as in repair, maintenance, and demolition, in France and internationally.

As part of the development of our activities in Sweden, we are recruiting a Cost Controller M/F to strengthen our project management capabilities.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will join the Finance Department of the Marine & Overseas Division and work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper monitoring and control of project costs.

The STEGRA project, located in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steel mill and an electrolysis plant, powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The goal is to produce 5 million tonnes of high-quality green steel by 2030. The work includes:

• Water Treatment Plant (WT2)

• Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)

This plant, powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River, will produce the green hydrogen needed to manufacture green steel and will supply 5 million tonnes of high-quality green steel by 2030. Boden's location provides access to abundant hydroelectric power and suitable logistics infrastructure.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.

• Analyse variances and propose corrective actions.

• Prepare financial reports for management and clients.

• Support project teams in optimising costs and resources.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost control tools and processes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Finance, Management Control, or similar.

• 5-10 years of experience in cost control, ideally in industrial or construction projects.

• Experience in international projects is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is an asset.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
