The Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Openworked (Ref. 43178/000G-9393) is a luxurious men’s watch crafted in 18K white gold, showcasing the brand’s mastery of haute horlogerie. This timepiece features a 38mm round case with a slim 6.82mm thickness, housing the Vacheron Constantin Calibre 1120 SQ, an automatic movement with a skeletonized design. The openworked dial reveals the intricate mechanics, with pierced bridges and gear trains creating an “aerial ballet.” It includes a silvered outer rim with a printed minute track and white gold Dauphine-style hands, complemented by applied white gold hour markers. The movement, certified with the Hallmark of Geneva, contains 36 jewels, beats at 19,800 vph, and offers a 40-hour power reserve. The watch is paired with a black alligator leather strap and an 18K white gold tang buckle. It has a sapphire crystal, a transparent caseback, and water resistance up to 30 meters. This model, introduced in 2009, combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern, transparent aesthetic, making it a standout in the Patrimony Traditionnelle line.
