At RoomSketcher, we build one of the world's most popular online floor plan tools. We’re now looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead and scale how we engage, educate, and retain our growing user base, from onboarding through to loyalty and expansion.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a small, global, and hybrid team, build strategies that scale, and play a central role in how we turn free users into loyal advocates and paying customers.

Your Role
As Head of Customer Success, you’ll manage and mentor our team responsible for all post-signup engagement—especially onboarding, training, retention, and referrals.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be responsible for building systems that scale while continuing to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
Define and own a clear Customer Success strategy. Developing and leading strategies to onboard, educate, and grow our users—free and paid
Lead, coach, and inspire a small, global, high-performing team that delivers weekly webinars, 1:1 trainings, profile set-ups, and automated onboarding and retention flows
Overseeing customer email communications, including lifecycle campaigns and newsletters, to drive engagement and conversion
Increasing retention and reducing churn through data-informed programs and proactive customer outreach
Scaling referral initiatives that turn satisfied users into advocates
Building scalable systems for collecting customer feedback, tracking success metrics, and staying hands-on with communications and CRM content when needed
Who You Are
You’re data-driven and commercially savvy, a confident leader who translates insight into strategy and growth. You enjoy solving customer problems, but you also think in systems and scale. You’re not just answering questions—you’re building the strategies that prevent them.
You have:
5+ years of experience in customer success, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or training—ideally in SaaS or a product-led company
A track record of building or leading programs that improved onboarding, retention, or customer satisfaction
Proven team- or function leadership—you motivate and develop people and know how to inspire clear direction and high standards.
Strong analytical skills and commercial instinct—comfortable owning targets and interpreting user behavior data to drive decisions.
Great communication skills (English verbal and written)—able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences in
Experience with customer success platforms, email automation (ActiveCampaign or similar), and ideally some experience with AI-enhanced communication or content workflows
