Fulfillment Manager

Help us improve customer satisfaction by making our order handling smoother and more efficient. You'll work to improve communication between our marketing, production, and transport teams, and help reduce mistakes and complaints. Your work will make a real difference in reaching our company goals.

What you will be doing

• Oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders and processes in accordance with the organization’s customer service standards.

• Communicate with customers (internal market organizations) and respond accordingly.

• Register orders and import/convert them into relevant ERP software.

• Book & track transport until delivery and prepare reverse transport, if required.

• Participate in handling complaints from customers, including communication, investigation, and documentation.

• Keep statistics, analyze data, and look for improvements.

• Generate and maintain material master data at global level in ERP-M3/SAP.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Leverage atomization in processes to streamline fulfilment operations.

What we think you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement or supply chain management is preferred. Education can be compensated with experience.

• Must be fluent in both English and Norwegian language.

• Plus point to have knowledge and experience from warehouse management and logistics management.
