Enterprise Service Management Advisor

Job Description

Deloitte is building its ServiceNow practice in Norway and is looking for people with a passion for Enterprise Service Management to join our starting team. You will contribute to building Deloitte’s ServiceNow brand in Norway and work closely together on projects across the Nordics. In this role, you will work with industry leading professionals, guiding clients through end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and driving complex enterprise-wide service modernization. 

You will build essential skills in business transformation, digital strategy, and technical areas such as workflow automations, integrations, and scripting to enhance your consultant toolbox. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas like IT, Finance, HR and Risk within the leading-edge ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow is established at its own offering, and you will join a young and small team of incredibly engaged, ambitious and great colleagues. Our team works closely together on projects across the Nordics, combining the right expertise and competencies to deliver the best solutions for our clients. While we thrive on cross-border collaboration, you will also have a strong local presence in our Oslo office, where we emphasize teamwork, community, and a shared commitment to excellence. 

In this role, you will make an impact by: 

• Translating business requirements into detailed acceptance criteria, managing projects from start to end, identifying root causes, and leading the transformation of traditional IT organizations towards Enterprise service-based organizations. 

• Being a trusted advisor to our clients by providing expert guidance on ServiceNow best practice, while challenging existing approaches to design innovative solutions, and prioritizing great user experiences and streamlined workflows. 

• Designing and building custom applications tailored to specific business needs, automating workflows, and developing seamless integrations using APIs to connect disparate systems. 

We are looking for the following skills and experience: 

• Above all, you are a team player with a positive attitude. 

• Passionate about modern technology and its role in the business landscape, with a strong eagerness to delve into ServiceNow’s applications. 

• The ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements. 

• Familiar with (or awareness of) Information Systems, JavaScript, IT Infrastructure, ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, Data Models, and Project Management. 

• You are fluent in written and spoken English, and you should ideally have a high proficiency in Norwegian or a willingness to learn the language. 

• You must have the right to live and work in Norway.
