Job Description:

• Designing and deploying intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio+.
• Building custom applications and workflows with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Leveraging Microsoft Fabric to integrate and manage data across platforms for enhanced decision-making.
• Creating insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven strategies.
• Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and digital enablers.
• Translating organizational needs - particularly from the P&O domain - into scalable, user-friendly digital solutions.
• Supporting change management and adoption of digital tools across the organization.
• Continuously improving digital solutions based on user feedback and performance data.

• Providing training, documentation, and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2-8 years of experience in digital transformation, HR technology, or low-code/no-code development
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio+ or similar AI/automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and ideally Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with or understanding of SQL, particularly for data integration and development within Microsoft Fabric and Copilot Studio+
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions that are both strategic and user-centric
• Some familiarity with People & Organisation (P&O) concepts (e.g., HR processes, talent management, organizational development) is beneficial but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Familiarity with Agile and sprint-based methodologies
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies or digital transformation frameworks are a plus
