About the Role

As our new Marketing Specialist, you’ll help tell the story of Enhanced Drilling – a global company that develops cutting-edge offshore drilling technology. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing and communication efforts, working across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and internal communications.

This is the perfect role for a motivated and digitally-savvy communicator who wants to gain hands-on experience in a global business with real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Be the voice of Enhanced Drilling on social media – especially LinkedIn

• Keep our website and intranet fresh, engaging, and on-brand

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and webinars

• Create content that excites – from press releases to simple videos, brochures, and internal updates

• Support brand consistency across everything we publish and present

• Help track our marketing efforts and share performance insights with leadership

• Work with external agencies and partners to bring ideas to life

Who You Are

• Recently graduated or have a few years’ experience in marketing, communication, media, or journalism

• Creative, curious, and full of ideas

• A natural communicator – especially in English

• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or excited to learn!)

• Passionate about digital trends and social media

• Organized, efficient, and ready to roll up your sleeves

Enhanced Drilling aims to help oil companies around the world solve challenges on all types of subsea wells, from top-hole drilling, intermediate section drilling, and reservoir drilling through the whole well construction process, including completion. Enhanced Drilling provides technologies and services that have been deployed on more than 1000+ wells worldwide including RMR®, EC-Drill® Managed Pressure Drilling system, Cuttings Transport System (CTS) (which is used to take cuttings away from the wellhead area), MPC Managed Pressure Cementing (MPC®), a complementary technology to RMR®, and the newly developed EC- Monitor system (EC-M).
