HR Business Partner in Oslo (50 % employment)

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the HR activities for our offices in the Nordic Cluster. The HRBP reports to CEO of the Nordic cluster. The position will be based in Oslo.

Responsibilities:

• Align human resources strategies with the business objectives of the organization ensuring that HR initiatives support the company's goals and contribute to its success.

• Develop a partnership relationship with the managers and staff.

• Implement HR campaigns launched by the corporate teams of Leasing Solutions (Paris) and the BNP Paribas Group.

Main activities:

• Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.

• Administration of compensation and benefits programs and staff administration. Payroll is outsourced to external provider.

• Performance appraisal systems and providing guidance on employee development and performance improvement plans.

• Acting as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and addressing employee concerns.

• Supporting organizational changes by providing HR expertise and ensuring smooth transitions.

• Ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Identifying training needs and creating programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

We are looking for someone with:

• Confirmed experience in HR activities.

• Experience and knowledge of the Finance business is preferred.

• Experience in Comp & Ben and Learning & Development would be a plus

• Bilingual skills – English and one of the Scandinavian languages
