As a Product Owner Finance, you will have overall responsibility for the development and management of our ERP and Finance-related solutions. You will work with Order to Cash and/or Procure to Pay processes, and have a leading role in developing an AI-driven optimizations of financial systems.

This is a key position where you will help improve efficiency and ensure robust processes across our finance and business operations.

You will act as the link between business and IT, collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and finance – and wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of ERP and other finance systems

• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors regarding project deliveries, changes, and corrections

• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable development plans

• Identify issues and bottlenecks in current systems and lead resolution efforts

• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure cohesive solutions

• Ensure progress and budget control in projects and development initiatives

Who Are You?

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of experience working with finance processes in ERP systems

• Solid understanding of Order to Cash and/or Procure to Pay processes

• Experience with Infor M3 is an advantage, but not required

• Experience working with technical specifications and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to handle change and solve complex problems

• Higher education in finance, technology, or a related field

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian, Swedish, or English – both written and verbal

Reporting

The position is part of the IT organization and reports to the Business Application Manager. You will join a team of experienced Product Owners.
