Koie Ramen is looking for a new chef!

Koie Ramen is a ramen shop born in Oslo, Norway. Rain, shine, or snow, we often have a line out the door! We make everything in-house daily—from four types of noodles to our stocks and motodares. Since 2017, we’ve been fine-tuning our recipes with care and intention, and we’re incredibly proud of the menu we serve.

Now, we’re looking for chefs who truly love ramen and want to be part of a team that’s just as passionate. If you get excited about creating something from scratch, and you're someone who wants to work with us because of what we do—then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place

• Lunch and dinner service

• Serve the perfect bowl of ramen, every time

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Monitor the freshness and quality of all ingredients

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a big plus, but not a requirement

• Working language: English
