Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?

• Providing hands-on HSSE expertise to support the site organization and ensure the HSSE Management System is effectively implemented

• Actively contributing to the development of a strong Just Care Culture in collaboration with the Site Manager

• Following up on HSSE matters on site to maintain a safe and compliant working environment

We think you should have:

• Solid knowledge of FSE regulations, based on previous site-related incidents

• Background in electrical or instrumentation disciplines

• Experience from working on onshore facilities or offshore installations

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a safety-first mindset

• Availability for daytime presence at Nyhamna for approximately one year, followed by a rotation schedule
