Partnership and Program Quality-advisor
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Partnership and Program Quality-advisor for a 5-month temporary position, starting as soon as possible - ideally around 1 September 2025. The position is based in the Program Quality Division within the Department for International Programs in Oslo. You will contribute to strengthening civil society and supporting our partnerships with local actors. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in development work within a professional, international and committed team.
Key responsibilities
Support the follow-up and portfolio management of NCA's civil society partners
Contribute to the development and refinement of tools, methods, and routines related to program quality and partnership.
Assist in analyzing and documenting results and learning.
Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and capacity-building activities for staff and partners
Provide administrative and coordination support related to the thematic area
Qualifications
Higher education in social sciences, development studies, political science, human rights, or a related field
Strong interest in civil society, partnership-based development, and rights-based approaches
Experience with surveys and basic data analysis/statistics is an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage, and French is a strong asset
Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
