About the job: 

The core of the Products Department is turning great ideas into real, market-ready carbon capture solutions. We support everything from early-phase studies to full-scale projects, constantly improving our technologies and products to stay ahead. 

We're now looking for an experienced Process or Chemical Engineer to join our team. You'll take the lead on key development efforts within the Process Discipline and work closely with other disciplines to bring new products to life.

 As Our Product Developer Lead you will:  

• Lead the development of new carbon capture technologies within the Process Discipline. 

• Design smart solutions by turning technical needs and best practices into cost-effective modular plant systems. 

• Mentor junior engineers and support their growth. 

• Coordinate and review Process Engineering work across development projects to ensure quality and timely delivery. 

• Align tools and methods with the broader Engineering Department. 

Your Bring:  

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering.  

• Around 10 years of relevant experience within technology and/or product development   

• Proficiency in process design and engineering  

• Experience with establishing PID’s, data sheets and other relevant engineering documents  

• Experience with process modelling (Symmetry, Aveva Process Simulation, Aspen Plus/Hysys or similar)  

• Experience with process safety, HAZID, HAZOP, QRA

• Able to collaborate well with other skilled people and self-driven
