About the Role

Roboxi is seeking a skilled and motivated Chief Manufacturing Officer that will take over the production from eksternal companies. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring new personell, economy in the manufacturing, follow-up eksternal partners and much more.

This role requires a highly skilled, independent, and a strong technical background with excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, able to build strong relationships with partners and personell.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's growth, product roadmap, and market goals.

• Build scalable, cost-effective.

• Document all aspects of the production.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report product issues and improvements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product functionality, software updates, and industry trends.

• Ensure operational readiness: staffing, systems, quality control, and process validation.

• Work closely with the CEO, COO, R&D, and Commercial team.

Requirements

• Background within Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education.

• Proven experience in production of equipment or similar role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

• Proficient with diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills towards suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.

• Prefer and see the value of working systematically and structurally.

• Proactive management of issues (ahead of consequences impacting customers)

• The ability and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote diagnostics and support tools.

• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and software configuration.

• Familiarity with automation or aviation industry.

• Multilingual abilities.

• Knowledge and experience with a Lean Operational Strategy mind-set.
