Logistics Coordination

• Facilitating seamless freight forwarding operations to support the business, both locally and internationally.

• Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of kit

• Partnering with the business to ensure the correct incoterms are established at the contract stage for smooth transactions.

• Maintaining clear communication with clients and ensure that all documents and requirements are followed

Stores Coordination

• Overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

• Quality control of goods in and goods out. Responisble to log and communicate if any missing parts upon return.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock takes.

• Ensuring proper handling, labelling, and storage of materials in line with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions as needed.
