Electrical and Automation Engineers Due to growing demand from our clients within industry and energy, Jefferson Wells is looking for experienced electrical and automation engineers with a background from power systems, control systems, or industrial automation. Do you have hands-on experience from companies like Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric or similar environments? Are you passionate about smart, efficient, and sustainable solutions? About the role:
At Jefferson Wells you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients in projects ranging from automation systems and control cabinets to commissioning and operations of complex electrical infrastructure. You will contribute to building and maintaining tomorrow’s energy and industrial systems – with high focus on quality, safety and innovation.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Education at vocational college, bachelor or master’s level in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or similar
• Relevant experience from industrial electrical systems, automation projects, or operation & maintenance
• Experience with low and medium voltage systems, control systems, or process automation
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical systems – both hardware and software
• Good understanding of technical drawings, standards, and system architecture

Desirable experience and tools:

• Experience with solutions from ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rockwell, etc.
• Familiar with PLC/SCADA systems such as Siemens S7, TIA Portal, or similar
• Knowledge of protection relays like REX640, RET615, Omicron testing
• Tools like E3 Series, EPlan, SolidWorks, or other CAD/electrical design tools
• Norwegian or English fluency (written and spoken)
