As our new Team Lead – Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock real value from our Handyman platform. Your Role

• Lead and mentor an international consulting team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional growth.

• Oversee the successful delivery of onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

• Drive the evolution of consulting methods and digital onboarding frameworks in line with our transformation into a modern software house.

• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align expectations and improve processes.

• Manage resources effectively across projects to optimize delivery and team utilization.

Who You Are

• You hold a relevant degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.

• You bring 3+ years in consulting, SaaS implementation, or ERP projects—plus 2+ years in a leadership or coordination role.

• You have proven experience designing and implementing digital onboarding journeys.

• You’re proactive, resourceful, and excel at creating structure and clarity for your team.

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills come naturally to you.

• Experience with ERP systems (Uniconta, Tripletex, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc.) and field service processes is a plus.

• You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
