As our new Team Lead – Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock real value from our Handyman platform. You’ll lead a skilled, international team of consultants dedicated to smooth onboarding, customer success, and continuous improvement aligned with our product vision.

Your Role
Lead and mentor an international consulting team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional growth.
Oversee the successful delivery of onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Drive the evolution of consulting methods and digital onboarding frameworks in line with our transformation into a modern software house.
Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align expectations and improve processes.
Manage resources effectively across projects to optimize delivery and team utilization.
Who You Are
You hold a relevant degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.
You bring 3+ years in consulting, SaaS implementation, or ERP projects—plus 2+ years in a leadership or coordination role.
You have proven experience designing and implementing digital onboarding journeys.
You’re proactive, resourceful, and excel at creating structure and clarity for your team.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills come naturally to you.
Experience with ERP systems (Uniconta, Tripletex, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc.) and field service processes is a plus.
You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
