Help Drive Sustainable Change - HR Business Partner at ENRX

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the European leadership teams to drive business succsess through people. You will support both strategic initiatives and operational HR tasks, ensuring compliance, cultural alignment and strong collaboration across countries. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Strategic Partnership: Advise European leadership teams and ensure local HR initiatives align with global strategy

• Employee Relations & Union Management: Support leaders in handling employee matters and maintain strong relationships with unions in Norway and work councils in other countries

• Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws in relevant countries, including participation in AMU and AU in Norway

• Talent Management: Partner with managers to identify talent needs and support development initiatives. Contribute to recruitment, performance management and succession planning

• Change Management: Act as a change agent during organizational changes, business growth and cultural transformations

• HR operations: Collaborate with payroll and global HR to improve and streamline HR processes. Support managers with day-to-day HR questions and salary reviews
  

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally in an international and unionized environment 

• Solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law and experience with unions 

• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field 

• Ability to work on-site in Skien, with flexibility if commuting is needed
