Your role as Cost Controller:

As a Cost Controller your main task will be to have close and continued control of all revenue costs in Projects. Follow-up, update, forecasting and reporting are essential parts of this work. Furthermore, you must be in continuous dialogue with the Project Management functions. 

Main tasks:

• Establish and follow-up of WBS’s for projects in cooperation with the Project Planner

• Follow-up of actual hours, costs and revenue

• Billing to client

• Forecasting and reporting to client typically monthly

• Forecasting and reporting to management typically monthly

• Optimize and further develop Wood Systems in agreement with the line manager

• Various ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for:

• Education in Business Administration / Economics, minimum at BSc level

• Minimum 3 years experience with Project Cost Control

• Experienced user of Excel

Other attributes that will give a strong advantage:

• Norwegian language, written & oral.

• Familiar with the use of systems such IFS and Power BI
