Job Description:

• A Contract Lead is responsible for client's procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements.
• Contract Lead holds the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers.
• As Contract Lead you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:
• Lead contract establishment - Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
• Act as commercial leader in tender processes
• Implement and operationalise new agreements (frame agreements and single source) Manage agreement
• Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximise value for client
• Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risk (safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements)
• Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational tasks 
• As Contract Lead you will conduct/facilitate strategic workshops, risk assessment, stakeholder management by working closely with the business line.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
• You have solid supply chain and business understanding
