What will you be doing?
Are you experienced in IT Operations, and ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a dynamic professional to develop, implement, and maintain IT systems, procedures, and standards alongside our team of 8 IT experts.
You will be managing cutting-edge network and security infrastructure, oversee server infrastructure, lead innovative system architecture and design and collaborate with top external vendors.

Some of the things you will be doing

• Support exciting offshore projects and operations
• Stay updated on IT and cybersecurity technologies trends/developments
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and the internal organization
• Develop and implement flexible IT infrastructure strategies
• Monitor and assess network and security for risks and vulnerabilities
• Maintain IT infrastructure, databases, and integrations
• Travel globally to support international projects and ensure seamless IT delivery

Some of the things we are looking for

• You have extended knowledge of IT technologies, network and security principles and/or practices within the industry.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field as a minimum educational requirement.
• You have experience in IT Operation and security or a related discipline.
• Thorough understanding of regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to IT network and security.
• Proficient in managing IT environments, networks and security technologies and tools.
  Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal
