Sales Executive for a leading event registration platform – International Markets

With over 35 employees at our headquarters in Kristiansand, Norway, we’re a strong and cross-functional team. This position can be done remotely, either from Norway or Sweden.

About the Role
We’ve already begun our international expansion into Sweden and Denmark – and now we’re looking for someone to drive sales in the Swedish market. Ideally, you’re Swedish or speak the language fluently, but you don’t have to live in Sweden – what matters is that you can build strong relationships and drive results in the B2B landscape.
You’ll be selling a solution that combines registration and payment – a unique offering that makes it easier to win new customers and meet more of their needs compared to competitors. With thousands of transactions daily and a solid customer base, you’ll have a strong platform to build on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and build relationships with new customers in Sweden
Conduct digital and in-person sales meetings and product demos
Work systematically with HubSpot to manage your sales pipeline
Follow up on inbound leads and generate new ones through outreach
Collaborate closely with our product and support teams to ensure customer value
Be a key contributor in our international growth journey
We’re Looking for Someone Who...
Has proven experience and results in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, tech, or digital services
Is used to longer sales processes where relationship building and strategy are key
Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (or at least fluent “Svorsk”)
Is structured, self-driven, and gets things done
Is motivated by clear goals and the opportunity to influence your own workday
Is a relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy
