With a strong foundation and a reputation for excellence, we are now looking to expand our business in Norway and bring on board an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to help us scale new heights.
Role Overview:
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in driving the agency’s business development efforts. Your main focus will be identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, leading negotiations, and closing deals. You’ll be instrumental in building long-term partnerships and securing contracts that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and recruitment projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Lead commercial negotiations and prepare contract terms.
Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements and service contracts.
Present commercial proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery post-contract.
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Experience:
3+ years of experience in a commercial development role
Proven track record of closing deals and managing long-term client relationships.
Experience in creating commercial presentations, pitch decks, and service proposals.
Familiarity with CRM systems, contract management tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Background in negotiating service agreements with medium to large corporate clients.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
