As our HR Manager, you’ll lead our HR efforts and help build a workplace where people feel motivated, valued, and inspired to do their best.  

You’ll be a key member of the management team and oversee the delivery of HR services and programs across your area. From implementing policies and standards to driving employee development and managing compensation strategies, you’ll play a vital role in helping our people thrive. Your work will directly influence employee wellbeing, performance, and the long-term success of the business. 

Your Key Responsibilities 🎯  

• Empower and guide employees and managers through meaningful conversations, coaching, and continuous feedback. 

• Collaborate with the management to address challenges, recommend improvements, and offer expert guidance on HR principles and employee relations. 

• Lead the talent journey from recruitment, onboarding to training and career growth 

• Drive performance, leading career planning, and succession programs.  

• Shape fair and competitive compensation strategies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies 

• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, works councils, and union agreements 

• Build strong partnerships with external agencies and support impactful community engagement initiatives 

• Champion our values, maintaining the highest standards in ethics, HSE, and data privacy 

Who are we looking for 👀 

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field  

• Around 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, complex industry. 

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English. 

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization 

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to connect with employees, management, and external partners 

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for employee engagement and development.  

• Commitment to upholding high standards in ethics, HSE and data privacy 

Bonus Skills ⭐ 

• Solid knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices 

• Experience managing compensation and benefits strategies
