You’ll be part of the DaWinci team, a diverse and passionate group building next-generation Logistics Management Software that simplifies personnel and cargo planning. This role is based in Norway and supports global projects—mostly remote, but with occasional travel.

Your Impact

Project Management & Coordination

• Support project delivery from planning to go-live

• Track activities, timelines, deliverables, and risks

• Maintain documentation and ensure project status is up to date

• Contribute to issue resolution and proactive risk management

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a reliable liaison between technical teams, consultants, and clients

• Help prepare presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders

• Learn to lead meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaboration

Learning & Development

• Gain experience with implementation of enterprise software

• Learn project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• Be mentored by experienced Project Managers and grow toward greater responsibility

What You Bring

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or junior roles)

• A structured mindset and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• An interest in software, logistics, or digital transformation

• A growth mindset and the desire to learn and contribute
