Business Development Manager - SATS Nordic
We’re Hiring a Business Development Manager – SATS Nordic
SATS is looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to help drive the company’s continued growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to strategic projects, help shape and develop company strategy and define the direction for SATS’s future growth and profitability. You will play a key role in executing the company’s strategic plan. SATS’s mission is to help as many people as possible succeed in their training journey, thereby contributing to solving one of the greatest health challenges of our time.
The role is part of the Nordic Business Development department and reports to the Nordic Head of Business Development. You will work closely with the top management team across the SATS Group and stakeholders throughout the Nordic organization. In addition to strategic work, you will be hands-on—ensuring a structured and thorough approach in each project, with solid alignment across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategically important projects across the organization
Understand needs, initiate, support, and ensure progress in cross-functional projects
Contribute to identifying opportunities, conducting analyses, and developing business cases
Act as a trusted advisor for executive management
Play a key role in implementing SATS’s strategic growth plan
Desired Background and Qualifications:
Master’s degree with strong academic results
2–5 years of work experience from management consulting, business development, or a similar field
Experience in planning, leading, and implementing strategic projects
Strong ability to independently conduct quantitative analyses
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English – written and spoken
Personal Attributes:
Structured with strong analytical abilities
Commercial and strategic mindset
Independent and proactive, while also thriving in a collaborative environment
High work capacity and strong execution skills
