Are you service-minded, tech-curious, and eager to help others? Urban Sharing is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our friendly, international team.  What You'll Do

• Provide first-line technical support to our customers
• Communicate in English, Spanish, or Italian (other languages are a plus)
• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs
• Document issues and solutions for continuous improvement
• Work closely with tech teams and learn about our products and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in technology and desire to work in tech
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others
• Good communication skills in English and one more of these other languages: Spanish, Italian, Polish, German and French
• No prior developer experience required—just a willingness to learn
• Tech understanding and interest in potentially becoming a developer over time
