IT Engineer - Intune

As part of our growth we are looking for an IT Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in supporting Cetegra clients and end-users. Cetegra is Cegal's digital cloud platform, designed to deliver secure, seamless access to cloud services, collaboration tools, and business-critical applications.

As part of the team, you will architect, deploy, and manage Intune and endpoint management solutions, helping ensure secure and effective user experience for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid expertise in Intune and Azure, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and support Intune and Endpoint solutions for multiple customers.

• Design and manage Intune application packaging, deployment, patching and drivers.

• Oversee Intune-based policy management and security configurations.

• Manage device policies, Conditional Access, and MAM (iOS & Android).

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.

• Oversee Autopilot, Co-management, and security settings (BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business).

• Implement and maintain Azure-based solutions, and handle tickets covering Entra, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Enterprise Apps.

• Support cloud security policies, SSO integration, and hybrid-cloud transitions.

Ideal experience and expertise:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint in an enterprise environment

• Solid expertise in application packaging, deployment, and patch management

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting

Certifications (preferred, but not required):

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

• MS 365 Administrator (MS-102)

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
