Duties and responsibilities

Your role:

Join us as Project Manager within Front End and Green Solutions. In this role, you will lead engineering studies, ensuring they align with both our high internal standards and the specific requirements of each contract. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a keen eye for business opportunities and the ability to manage diverse project portfolios. Your role will be pivotal in developing positive client relationships, enhancing project performance, safety, quality, and risk reduction initiatives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and control all work and activities in projects.
  

• Ensure the development of new technology and sustainable solutions in projects.
  

• Effectively manage the studies to mitigate uncertainty and risk, define opportunities, and to deliver on agreed time and budget.
  

• Interface and communicate well with client to support project targets, also reinforcing company market position.
  

• Identify and develop opportunities for further business development with Client.
  

• Manage and develop project members into a functionally efficient and coordinated team.
  

• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders (Client, Company, partners, subcontractors, and others).

Qualifications

Your Profile: Forging Tomorrow's Solutions

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Process/Electrical or similar).

• Min. 8 years from relevant project work from the energy sector.
  

• Demonstrable experience in Early Phase / Front End engineering, encompassing cost, schedule, and execution.
  

• Offshore experience is desirable but not required.
  

• Familiar with relevant guidelines and standards.

• Norwegian speaking is an advantage but not required
