We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead development and enhancement of the user experience delivered by Gintel’s solutions.

You will work closely with the rest of the product team, contributing ideas, insights, designs, and validation to ensure that our solutions are both powerful and user-friendly—across web, mobile, and other integration points.

• Develop and implement a UX strategy for Gintel’s platform and tools.

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand how our solutions are used in practice.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to improve user flow and experience.

• Collaborate closely with the development team and contribute actively to product development processes.

• Validate design decisions through user testing and evaluation.

• Drive continuous improvement of the user experience through insights and best practices.

• Advocate and promote the end-user perspective throughout the organization.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or communications solutions.

• A documented portfolio focusing on user-centred design and a solution-oriented approach.

• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Competence in both qualitative and quantitative methods for gaining user insights.

• Experience working closely with developers in agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban).

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – in Norwegian and English.

• You are curious, analytical, and user focused.

• You are solution-oriented and able to balance function, form, and technology.

• You thrive in cross-functional teams and take ownership of your projects.
