This is a full-time position, and the start date for the role is September 2025.

Responsibilities:

Operate and install computing equipment related to infrastructure including servers, storage, network, security, and vendor devices.
Configuration and monitoring of network components
General technical support, including break-fix for new rack distributions, incident management, DC related tasks etc.
Handling ongoing changes and troubleshooting of network equipment and associated systems
Perform operational support, troubleshooting and proactive analysis
Assists with shipping, receiving, and distribution of equipment and hardware.
Communicates issues or possible risks to management, end users, and infra teams.

Competence:

Education in IT/computer technology, preferably with specialization in networks
Experience from working with data centers and networks, this can make up for a lack of relevant education
Experience and certification in Dell servers is a significant advantage for the role
Should be well versed with CAT5, 6, 7 and fiber cables connectivity between devices with the same.

High level of service and happy to help others
Proficient in English, both written and verbally
Good communication skills
