Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is embarking on a major digital project, with IT digital deliveries forming a key part of this ambitious undertaking. They are looking for a Senior Cyber Risk & GRC Analyst to play a central role in assessing and mitigating cyber risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and bolstering their overall cybersecurity strategy.

What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Cyber Risk & GRC Analyst, you will be instrumental in:

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage cyber risks to enhance the organization's cyber resilience. 
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. 
• Take a key leadership role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cyber risk and compliance frameworks. 
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of cybersecurity policies and processes. 
• Support the overall cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project deliveries.
• Work closely within the IT project team, integrating risk and GRC considerations into digital deliveries.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Experience in cyber risk assessment, management, and mitigation.
• Proven expertise in GRC frameworks and methodologies.
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards within cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in developing and implementing risk and compliance policies and processes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex cyber risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
