Financial Controller

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Controller to help strengthen our Financial Controlling function. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, executing month-end and year-end close processes, and playing a key role in driving improvements across our financial operations. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business and contribute to robust internal controls, compliance, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

About the role:

• Oversee the preparation of the companies financial accounts to ensure these are presented accurately and on time.
• Report on financial insights and performance and communicate and align this with the business CFOs
• Financial reporting to Group
• Drive improvement and efficiencies
• Offboarding and onboarding of legal entities
• Assist in the External Audit Process
• Ad hoc problem solving

What we're looking for:

Skills & experience:

• Knowledge about accounting according to local legislation (NGAAP and SGAAP) - potentially IFRS
• Preferred background from Audit
• In-depth knowledge of the accounting and financial controlling process
• Experience with working with analytical tools such as Tableau/PowerBI or similar
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Streamline processes across legal entities
