We are actively searching for an IT professional who is fueled by a passion for supporting the PNO-Team as the internal service provider and is driven to continuously learn and grow. In this position you will be the responsible for the IT-Ecosystem of PNO and also ensure our Cybersecurity. Tasks

• Maintain the IT / digital portfolio aligned with PNO leadership and Porsche´s IT strategy

• Support the teams in budget and project prioritization with focus on IT/Digitalisation

• Initiate and conduct IT projects as IT Project Manager

• Serve as the first-line IT support for Porsche Norge

• Act as Local Information Security Officer (LISO), ensuring IT security controls

• Manage collaboration platforms and train on effective use

• Serve as product owner for workplace IT and local software solutions

• Steer local service provider to ensure the most efficient local IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/(Business) Information Science

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar IT-role or a related field

• Experience with Data protection and IT Security

• Expert in macOS and Microsoft 365 Suite

• Practical experience in IT administration

• Good written and oral presentation skills in English - Norwegian and German beneficial

• Efficient, structured, analytical, and thorough approach to work tasks

• A very high eagerness to learn and grow as an individual
