Axnes Is Expanding – Join Us in a Practical, Field-Based Technical Role
As a Technical Field Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on technical support, training, and contribute to product promotion for Axnes’ communication systems. This is a practical, customer-facing role suited for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys solving problems, working with equipment, and supporting users in the field. In addition to ensuring smooth operation and deployment of our systems, you will engage with customers to demonstrate the value of Axnes’ solutions, encourage adoption, and support sales activities. The position includes international travel to support customers and partners on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing customer needs and delivering appropriate technical solutions
Provide on-site and remote support, including troubleshooting and system setup
Participate in product installations, customer visits, and training sessions
Support product demonstrations and explain system functionality to users
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product usability and documentation
Stay informed about product updates and relevant industry developments
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical support materials
Qualifications:
Technical background or knowledge, preferably in electronics, radio communication, or systems integration
Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges
Friendly and confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required
Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Experience in military, aviation, or professional communication systems is an advantage, but not required
